A Springtime Photo Journal
Whew! These last few months flew by! But here I am! And here is what I've been up to ~I left my part time job at the happiest place on earth so that I could focus more on what I am passionate about and be a little closer to the farm.
One day during my sister's spring break we decided to go to the beach. We'd never gone boogie boarding, so we thought we would give it a try! We put some wet suits on (the water was still quite chilly then) and got a couple of boogie boards and headed into the water. Its so fun! And it's not quite as complicated as I thought :) Why didn't I do this in college when I lived near the beach?!
I spent all weekend dancing at Stagecoach! (see previous post) And a few weeks later, we found that the Stagecoach Photographers had snapped a photo of me and Armando dancing!
I started to do more on the farm. I might tell you more on what exactly I do in a later post. And I might even give ya a little tour of our farm…. :)
My best friend came to visit all the way from Florida, and we line danced and two stepped for hours! I always have so much fun with her. I miss you, girl!
I went to Oregon for a week to help my Grandpa while he had eye surgery and I got to know him better than I ever have. We talked a lot, made meals together, went on walks, and watched lots of Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.
My family and I went to the mountains and I took some long exposure shots.
And my sister graduated from High school!! Congratulations little sis! I'm so proud of you!And I've been thinking a lot about my future projects for American Farmer's Daughter and I can't wait to show you my progress real soon!
